  1. 사울이 主(주)의 弟子(제자)들을 對(대)하여 如前(여전)히 威脅(위협)과 殺氣(살기)가 等等(등등)하여 大祭司長(대제사장)에게 가서
  2. 다메섹 여러 會堂(회당)에 갈 公文(공문)을 請(청)하니 이는 萬一(만일) 그 道(도)를 좇는 사람을 만나면 無論(무론) 男女(남녀)하고 結縛(결박)하여 예루살렘으로 잡아오려 함이라
  3. 사울이 行(행)하여 다메섹에 가까이 가더니 忽然(홀연)히 하늘로서 빛이 저를 둘러 비추는지라
  4. 땅에 엎드러져 들으매 소리 있어 가라사대 사울아 사울아 네가 어찌하여 나를 逼迫(핍박)하느냐 하시거늘
  5. 對答(대답)하되 主(주)여 뉘시오니이까 가라사대 나는 네가 逼迫(핍박)하는 예수라

  1. And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,
  2. And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.
  3. And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:
  4. And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
  5. And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
  1. Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord's disciples. He went to the high priest
  2. and asked him for letters to the synagogues in Damascus, so that if he found any there who belonged to the Way, whether men or women, he might take them as prisoners to Jerusalem.
  3. As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him.
  4. He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, "Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?"
  5. "Who are you, Lord?" Saul asked. "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting," he replied.

  1. And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.
  2. And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.
  3. And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.
  4. And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.
  5. And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.
  1. "Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do."
  2. The men traveling with Saul stood there speechless; they heard the sound but did not see anyone.
  3. Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing. So they led him by the hand into Damascus.
  4. For three days he was blind, and did not eat or drink anything.
  5. In Damascus there was a disciple named Ananias. The Lord called to him in a vision, "Ananias!" "Yes, Lord," he answered.
  1. 主(주)께서 가라사대 일어나 직가라 하는 거리로 가서 유다 집에서 다소 사람 사울이라 하는 者(자)를 찾으라 저가 祈禱(기도)하는 中(중)이다
  2. 저가 아나니아라 하는 사람이 들어와서 自己(자기)에게 按手(안수)하여 다시 보게 하는 것을 보았느니라 하시거늘
  3. 아나니아가 對答(대답)하되 主(주)여 이 사람에 對(대)하여 내가 여러 사람에게 듣사온즉 그가 예루살렘에서 主(주)의 聖徒(성도)에게 적지 않은 害(해)를 끼쳤다 하더니
  4. 여기서도 主(주)의 이름을 부르는 모든 者(자)를 結縛(결박)할 權勢(권세)를 大祭司長(대제사장)들에게 받았나이다 하거늘
  5. 主(주)께서 가라사대 가라 이 사람은 내 이름을 異邦人(이방인)과 임금들과 이스라엘 子孫(자손)들 앞에 傳(전)하기 爲(위)하여 擇(택)한 나의 그릇이라

  1. And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,
  2. And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.
  3. Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:
  4. And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.
  5. But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:
  1. The Lord told him, "Go to the house of Judas on Straight Street and ask for a man from Tarsus named Saul, for he is praying.
  2. In a vision he has seen a man named Ananias come and place his hands on him to restore his sight."
  3. "Lord," Ananias answered, "I have heard many reports about this man and all the harm he has done to your saints in Jerusalem.
  4. And he has come here with authority from the chief priests to arrest all who call on your name."
  5. But the Lord said to Ananias, "Go! This man is my chosen instrument to carry my name before the Gentiles and their kings and before the people of Israel.
  1. 그가 내 이름을 爲(위)하여 害(해)를 얼마나 받아야 할 것을 내가 그에게 보이리라 하시니
  2. 아나니아가 떠나 그 집에 들어가서 그에게 按手(안수)하여 가로되 兄弟(형제) 사울아 主(주) 곧 네가 오는 길에서 나타나시던 예수께서 나를 보내어 너로 다시 보게 하시고 聖靈(성령)으로 充滿(충만)하게 하신다 하니
  3. 卽時(즉시) 사울의 눈에서 비늘 같은 것이 벗어져 다시 보게 된지라 일어나 洗禮(세례)를 받고
  4. 飮食(음식)을 먹으매 康健(강건)하여지니라 사울이 다메섹에 있는 弟子(제자)들과 함께 며칠 있을새
  5. 卽時(즉시)로 各(각) 會堂(회당)에서 예수의 하나님의 아들이심을 傳播(전파)하니

  1. For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.
  2. And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.
  3. And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.
  4. And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus.
  5. And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.
  1. I will show him how much he must suffer for my name."
  2. Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord--Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here--has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit."
  3. Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul's eyes, and he could see again. He got up and was baptized,
  4. and after taking some food, he regained his strength. Saul spent several days with the disciples in Damascus.
  5. At once he began to preach in the synagogues that Jesus is the Son of God.
  1. 듣는 사람이 다 놀라 말하되 이사람이 예루살렘에서 이 이름 부르는 사람을 殘骸(잔해)하던 者(자)가 아니냐 여기 온것도 저희를 結縛(결박)하여 大祭司長(대제사장)들에게 끌어 가고자 함이 아니냐 하더라
  2. 사울은 힘을 더 얻어 예수를 그리스도라 證明(증명)하여 다메섹에 사는 유대人(인)들을 屈服(굴복)시키니라
  3. 여러 날이 지나매 유대人(인)들이 사울 죽이기를 共謀(공모)하더니
  4. 그 計巧(계교)가 사울에게 알려지니라 저희가 그를 죽이려고 밤낮으로 城門(성문)까지 지키거늘
  5. 그의 弟子(제자)들이 밤에 광주리에 사울을 담아 城(성)에서 달아 내리니라

  1. But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests?
  2. But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ.
  3. And after that many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him:
  4. But their laying await was known of Saul. And they watched the gates day and night to kill him.
  5. Then the disciples took him by night, and let him down by the wall in a basket.
  1. All those who heard him were astonished and asked, "Isn't he the man who raised havoc in Jerusalem among those who call on this name? And hasn't he come here to take them as prisoners to the chief priests?"
  2. Yet Saul grew more and more powerful and baffled the Jews living in Damascus by proving that Jesus is the Christ.
  3. After many days had gone by, the Jews conspired to kill him,
  4. but Saul learned of their plan. Day and night they kept close watch on the city gates in order to kill him.
  5. But his followers took him by night and lowered him in a basket through an opening in the wall.
  1. 사울이 예루살렘에 가서 弟子(제자)들을 사귀고자 하나 다 두려워하여 그의 弟子(제자)됨을 믿지 아니하니
  2. 바나바가 데리고 使徒(사도)들에게 가서 그가 길에서 어떻게 主(주)를 본 것과 主(주)께서 그에게 말씀하신 일과 다메섹에서 그가 어떻게 예수의 이름으로 膽大(담대)히 말하던 것을 말하니라
  3. 사울이 弟子(제자)들과 함께 있어 예루살렘에 出入(출입)하며
  4. 또 主(주) 예수의 이름으로 膽大(담대)히 말하고 헬라派(파) 유대人(인)들과 함께 말하며 辯論(변론)하니 그 사람들이 죽이려고 힘쓰거늘
  5. 兄弟(형제)들이 알고 가이사랴로 데리고 내려가서 다소로 보내니라

  1. And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.
  2. But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.
  3. And he was with them coming in and going out at Jerusalem.
  4. And he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him.
  5. Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.
  1. When he came to Jerusalem, he tried to join the disciples, but they were all afraid of him, not believing that he really was a disciple.
  2. But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. He told them how Saul on his journey had seen the Lord and that the Lord had spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had preached fearlessly in the name of Jesus.
  3. So Saul stayed with them and moved about freely in Jerusalem, speaking boldly in the name of the Lord.
  4. He talked and debated with the Grecian Jews, but they tried to kill him.
  5. When the brothers learned of this, they took him down to Caesarea and sent him off to Tarsus.
  1. 그리하여 온 유대와 갈릴리와 사마리아 敎會(교회)가 平安(평안)하여 든든히 서가고 主(주)를 敬畏(경외)함과 聖靈(성령)의 慰勞(위로)로 進行(진행)하여 數(수)가 더 많아지니라
  2. 때에 베드로가 四方(사방)으로 두루 行(행)하다가 룻다에 사는 聖徒(성도)들에게도 내려갔더니
  3. 거기서 애니아라 하는 사람을 만나매 그가 中風病(중풍병)으로 床(상) 위에 누운지 八年(팔년)이라
  4. 베드로가 가로되 애니아야 예수 그리스도께서 너를 낫게 하시니 일어나 네 자리를 整頓(정돈)하라 한대 곧 일어나니
  5. 룻다와 사론에 사는 사람들이 다 그를 보고 主(주)께로 돌아가니라

  1. Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.
  2. And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.
  3. And there he found a certain man named Aeneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.
  4. And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.
  5. And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron saw him, and turned to the Lord.
  1. Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace. It was strengthened; and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it grew in numbers, living in the fear of the Lord.
  2. As Peter traveled about the country, he went to visit the saints in Lydda.
  3. There he found a man named Aeneas, a paralytic who had been bedridden for eight years.
  4. "Aeneas," Peter said to him, "Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and take care of your mat." Immediately Aeneas got up.
  5. All those who lived in Lydda and Sharon saw him and turned to the Lord.
  1. 욥바에 다비다라 하는 女弟子(여제자)가 있으니 그 이름을 飜譯(번역)하면 도르가라 善行(선행)과 救濟(구제)하는 일이 甚(심)히 많더니
  2. 그 때에 病(병)들어 죽으매 屍體(시체)를 씻어 다락에 뉘우니라
  3. 룻다가 욥바에 가까운지라 弟子(제자)들이 베드로가 거기 있음을 듣고 두 사람을 보내어 遲滯(지체) 말고 오라고 懇請(간청)하니
  4. 베드로가 일어나 저희와 함께 가서 이르매 저희가 데리고 다락에 올라가니 모든 寡婦(과부)가 베드로의 곁에 서서 울며 도르가가 저희와 함께 있을 때에 지은 속옷과 겉옷을 다 내어 보이거늘
  5. 베드로가 사람을 다 내어 보내고 무릎을 꿇고 祈禱(기도)하고 돌이켜 屍體(시체)를 向(향)하여 가로되 다비다야 일어나라 하니 그가 눈을 떠 베드로를 보고 일어나 앉는지라

  1. Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.
  2. And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.
  3. And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them.
  4. Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.
  5. But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
  1. In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (which, when translated, is Dorcas), who was always doing good and helping the poor.
  2. About that time she became sick and died, and her body was washed and placed in an upstairs room.
  3. Lydda was near Joppa; so when the disciples heard that Peter was in Lydda, they sent two men to him and urged him, "Please come at once!"
  4. Peter went with them, and when he arrived he was taken upstairs to the room. All the widows stood around him, crying and showing him the robes and other clothing that Dorcas had made while she was still with them.
  5. Peter sent them all out of the room; then he got down on his knees and prayed. Turning toward the dead woman, he said, "Tabitha, get up." She opened her eyes, and seeing Peter she sat up.
  1. 베드로가 손을 내밀어 일으키고 聖徒(성도)들과 寡婦(과부)들을 불러들여 그의 산 것을 보이니
  2. 온 욥바 사람이 알고 많이 主(주)를 믿더라
  3. 베드로가 욥바에 여러 날 있어 시몬이라 하는 皮匠(피장)의 집에서 留(유)하니라

  1. And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.
  2. And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.
  3. And it came to pass, that he tarried many days in Joppa with one Simon a tanner.
  1. He took her by the hand and helped her to her feet. Then he called the believers and the widows and presented her to them alive.
  2. This became known all over Joppa, and many people believed in the Lord.
  3. Peter stayed in Joppa for some time with a tanner named Simon.
